WHERE WE DELIVER

Univella ships exclusively within Italy. International delivery outside Italy is not available at present.

DELIVERY TIMES AND FEES

Your total delivery time is calculated as: Order processing + Shipping transit

We work with reliable courier partners for all shipments.

  • Processing Period: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit Period: 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4-7 business days (Monday – Friday)

Daily cut-off time: Orders submitted Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. CET are processed that same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or during weekends will be handled on the following business day.

All orders go through a preparation and quality inspection stage prior to dispatch, which is reflected in the processing time.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

All orders include complimentary shipment insurance coverage. If your tracking information hasn't updated within 5-6 days after dispatch, please get in touch with us at contact@unovella.com. We'll help you submit a lost package claim with our delivery partner.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your parcel. Use these details to follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
