Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Univella! We pride ourselves on quality products and exceptional customer care. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, our simple returns and refunds process makes things easy.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS – 14 DAYS

Should you receive a product that's faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@unovella.com. Be sure to include your order information along with photos showing the problem. For items that arrived damaged during shipping or were sent incorrectly, we'll offer a full replacement, store credit, or complete refund (including any original shipping fees, which we'll cover) based on the circumstances. We do not charge restocking fees on any returns. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return label.

EXCHANGING PRODUCTS

We're glad to help you exchange items for different sizes, colours, or alternative products. Simply reach out to our customer support team to arrange your exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items sent back without a valid order reference number

STANDARD RETURNS – 14 DAY POLICY

Changed your mind? You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging

Please write your order number clearly on the outside of the return package. Return postage is at your expense, and original delivery fees are non-refundable for standard returns. Once we receive your item, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days—though your bank or card provider may require additional time to credit your account.

INITIATING A RETURN

HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

After your returned item arrives and passes inspection, we'll inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require extra time to post the funds to your account.
